You can’t ever go wrong with a simple and classy gold wedding! Carissa and Paul tied the knot at Iris Aisle; an intimate Victorian Conservatory in Madison County, Iowa. The picturesque white background served as a breathtaking backdrop for the couple’s simple wedding. The addition of gold here and there matched perfectly with the simplicity of the wedding venue, giving it a timeless touch. This classic gold wedding may just be on of our favorites.
As the sun poured in through the big glass windows, Carissa smiled and posed in her stunning white dress which featured a sleeveless, lace bodice with a plunging neckline. The dress pooled at the floor, creating a small train along the back. Jaci Sardou did the bride’s hair and makeup. She went for a smoky eye with a nude lip. The hair was tied in a sophisticated bun with twist detailing.
Paul wore a crisp black suit and looked handsome besides his gorgeous wife. The classic combination of white and black stood out like no other. Both the bride and groom got their wedding attire from Perry Bridal.
Because the entire venue itself was so mesmerizing, there was little to do when it came to décor. The little touches of flowers and leaves really made a difference though, all thanks to HyVee.
And of course Autumn Fox Designs took care of the wedding stationary. Keeping in line with the wedding theme, we did a combination of white and black for the cards.
