The Process

You and I will further chat about your vision over email or on the phone. I would love to hear all of the wedding details – from the venue down to the florals. This will help me to understand the aesthetic you desire. We can talk paper, lettering styles, timeline, and any other hopes and dreams you may have.

To begin the design work, I collect a 50% deposit that will be credited to your final balance. I can accept payment via debit or credit card. We can also accept payment in full so you don't have to keep track of the remaining balance.

Next, it’s time for you to choose the wording and details you would like to see on your wedding suite. Not sure where to start? I’m happy to provide suggestions and templates.

Once your deposit and details are received, the design work begins! You are welcome to provide me with any images you’ve collected for inspiration. Based on the direction you provide, I will present you with 2-3 design concepts to see which look you like the best. If you've opted for a pre-designed suite, you'll receive the design you selected to proof. You will receive these drafts in your inbox within 1-2 weeks of submitting your deposit and information, or at the time we discuss during out chat. From there, we can tweak and edit as necessary.

Once the designs are finalized, it’s time to print. (Woohoo!) This is when our vision comes to life. At this time your remaining balance will be collected. The turnaround time for printing is 4-5 business days. Additional time may be needed if your suite has special embellishments.

If you’re in Omaha, Nebaska or a surrounding area you have the option of picking up from me directly! I am also able to ship your wedding stationery to you. I will provide you with a quote prior to shipping; it’s typically less than around $10-$20 depending on the size and weight of your order.

Your wedding invitations are complete! You can now breathe a sigh of relief. We can now create the remaining details needed for your big day. This includes but is not limited to programs, menus, welcome signage, a guest book sign, table signs, bar signs, thank you cards, etc.
